Somebody from my Facebook and Meetup groups sent me a couple of samples that you could use for IPython. At what point would you use this tool? If you are researching/prototyping any Quant models this would be the best open source tool to use. I’ve played around with Matlab which seems to be better, but if you want free this is the tool for you.
As I’m rapidly firming up the different technical choice of options with Qt, it seems that C++ is the only option for deployment of Qt 5.
Here’s some recent videos and post things I posted the last 24 hours
As you can see, everything is rapidly coming together. If you’re part of my Quant Elite membership, you would have been part of my two hour live session I had last night. This is where I introduced examples how you could select a long/short pair for equity trading. There’s now a two hour video available for this.
This was part of my demo of my Algo Trading Course Series that I have been hyping for the last few months. Last nite I addressed the future direction of my membership. I also addressed how these recently posted Python scripts are highly valued. I keep addressing this but this trading strategy content has a now limited life span. In other words, this strategy content will eventually be pulled off of my membership site as I transition into a data analytic service. So now is the time to consider joining as you cannot really sit on the fence anymore.
