Yes in Python with simplicity!
To me this a game changer don’t you think?? Do remember that I have found a way to run Qt 5 Designer with Python in the last posting on this blog.
I have been somewhat frustrated with these online charting packages found out there. This is for posting on my own WordPress based website. Check out experiences by attending my live session on a discussion on this topic. Here are the details found on my Facebook page event:
My experience with many online charting packages was not good. Find out why. One hint is that Javascript is a a pure pain to work with. This will be streamed live on my Youtube channel at Youtube.com/quantlabs
This is for Monday Nov 12 at 7 PM EDT
See what I am planning to use. I will also make this webinar playback as part of my Python algo trading course.
I have posted 2 new videos to showcase the power of my new charts. I will send out the details of the second video tomorrow.
New online chart of Fibonacci entry exit stop loss take profit targets
This is a brand new set of chart(s) to measure positions management using daily data from both Binance and Oanda the forex broker. This seems to work ok on CFD and crypto. There has been little movement in the world of crypto currency but it has potential as this asset class has moved up in value.
I have also set this Monday on a topic that maybe of interest to a few select number of people.

I have scheduled this to be live on Monday Nov 12 at 7 PM EDT. There will be no video playback of this since I will make it part of my Python Algo Trading course which will help for potential algo traders.
IMPORTANT! This list will shut down in coming days!
I will be closing down my MailChimp account in the coming days. This means it will no longer be valid as I am porting only the active folks to my new Infusionsoft account. If you want to carry on with my learning of development in algo trading, please visit one of these two links to get signed up to my Infusionsoft CRM list.

Python Seaborn charting package over Matplotlib for finance time series
Seaborn is very use as a Python package over Matplotlib. Matplotlib is the original popular charting package but the other is much more impressive. If you look at the Gihub.io link, there are better examples on how to manipulate string dates to datetime64 which is needed for Matplotlib. Watch this to help you out to improve your visualization.

On your journey to build your trading system, you mentioned that you were going to use Redis 4 NOSQL.
But you also mentioned MongoDB, which I was watching another video from that european company that uses MongoDB.
Question:
Are you using Redis 4 because you are migrating to a Mac OS GUI environment because Mongo is for Linux or can Mongo also be used for Mac? I would assume that it doesn’t matter. Is Redis 4 just better, faster than MongoDB, etc? Is cost part of your reasoning, etc? I am leaning towards going the Mac direction as well and using Linux for the back end.
Keep in mind, I am serious about getting deeper into coding (a few people I know have done coding or are in IT careers that could and would assist me). I’ve been using PC’s for the last 15 years mostly but no3
My sister, who used to build PCs installed Ubuntu on one of my PCs as a backup for my data in case I couldn’t access files through Windows. I am side-tracking a bit I realize, but I thought context is important so that you realize I am not a total newbie with OS environments.
In one of your videos, you mentioned charting you were going to do on Mac, called “Colorec” … maybe I didn’t hear properly. I did a search on it, and could not find anything or that other application I thought you said called “Telerec”… You spoke a bit quickly, so I rewound the video but couldn’t make it out.
You mentioned other charting applications like Chart Director and Gnunplot? Are those for Linux or PCs?
I answer in my usual video style here
