Senator Elizabeth Warren seems to have introduced yet another anti-money laundering law for digital assets. These laws already exist, so why have another set? I agree somewhat with consumer protection. Is it to protect those foolish not able to ask why their funds get sent offshore to the Bahamas to fund an FTX account?
