It seems Deribit is a better venue to do options since two traders can particpate in this. This compared to Binance is the only writer of the ptions which makes it no different than binary options. Until things improve at Binance, I think Deribit is the better venue. Note also that you cannot Americans are not allowed on Deribit.

Deribit is more mature in the options space than Binance.
