SYDKIK – A SIGNAL BASED ADAPTIVE PRICE ALGORITHM
SYDKIK is meant to statistically calibrate the measure of certainty for discretionary trade validation and execution to provide a leading edge on “best price” entry and exit trading for the consumer.
Wall Street has 13 market exchanges that are becoming calibrated heuristics to a specific set of invariant complex computational algorithms (AI) that have turned market markers into “market takers”.
It is a logical assertion that programmed optimizing compilers are orienting quantitative equity price formation semantics to be calibrated upon the static analysis of consumer traders searching for “optimal” asset trades that will be profitable.
The “milli-second” bid/offer trade orders in financial computing acceleration controls 60% of equity trading worldwide. Typically, a consumer trader’s execution latency takes up to 1500 milliseconds for execution due to their ISP routing service and brokerage location. Meanwhile, High Frequency Traders have completed 200 nano-second trades.
Moreover, there are multiple Internet Protocol “venues” stacking consumer trade data while constantly being compared to institutional and market maker inventory orders, consolidated into messaging protocols and raw market binary data collection that executes what is termed the “ping”.
Like sonar, this represents a “price probe”, such as an unusually large net order activated by an application-programming interface (API) connected to a specific market exchange or even a hedge fund to see if consumer traders will take the bait.
This “ping” has a tremendous advantage over the consumer trader in consideration of The National Best Bid and Offer (NBBO) regulations that are meant to “halt” price dislocations when discovered, but has proven otherwise.
Thus price entry shown on the brokerage platform is typically skewed, and or the spread is manipulated in minute fractional cents, so the trader won’t notice.
Consequently, it is no longer the case of the price shown upon trade execution per NBBO “best price” entry. This is undermined by the inter-market sweep orders and non-transparent financial entities that send multiple trade executions while disregarding the “best price” regulation.
The Security and Exchange Commission and the Consolidated Quotation System (CQS) are meant to enforce violations of NBBO, however, Electronic Communication Networks and Dark Pools are not mandated to match NBBO price quotations.
SYDKIK is computationally calibrated to identify true price identification during intraday trading market hours and outsmart the “market takers”.
