Is Oanda forex trading broker good or bad? Why?

NOTE: As said in the first video, I really want to focus on positive meaningful stuff so this will be the last review video on this topic.

I dropped the FAQ/knowledgebase section of my site. As a result I got 2 queries on Youtube that are related:

Hey Bryan. I live in the USA. And I’m interested in Oanda. I have to questions. 1. Do u still recommend them? I’ve heard good things and bad things. I am a scalper. 2. I know they are NFA Regulated.

And:

So say they answer your ticket quickly next time. What bad things could you still say about them?…

unsubscribed. 3 days + without responding to my question. Applying your own logic that would make you just as bad as what you accuse Oanda of.

One line ticket responses that mean nothing:

Thank you for contacting OANDA.

Please kindly confirm that you are calling v3 API end point as supposed to v1. Your V20 account only works with v3 API end points.

Our client experience team is here to help 24 hours a day from Sunday at 1 p.m. EST to Friday at 6 p.m. EST. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I did follow up and nothing!
