Who is winning the quant vs trader job front?

A career site just posted how hedge funds and other big institutions are moving towards being a quant fund. It also seems that traditional traders are being squeezed out of the job market. As for me, I will be testing traditional trading methodologies to see if they are more better performing versus other analytical techniques. We shall know within the next few months where I put my efforts.

Here’s that article that hints at how quantitative analysis is taking over the Trading world

As for my two Python scripts that focus on market entry and exit, I have the exit portions walk-through video recorded for the exit portion. I am now trying to finish up the entry portion which will then complete my video that I’m wanting to release to you all. I think this will hopefully reveal how simple indicators overrule other Trading mechanics.

I will be doing a question and answer webinar around these topics in the next week or so depending on how I accomplish the above tasks. The crucial takeaway is it will be only question and answer only. I will not be doing any new presentations for the topics to be discussed. I sort of value my productivity in time for 2017. So keep your eyes peeled over the next few days on my emails.

Thanks Bryan

NOTE I now post my TRADING ALERTS into my personal FACEBOOK ACCOUNT and TWITTER. Don't worry as I don't post stupid cat videos or what I eat!
