Why downloading ISM PMI needs to be done in R vs Python

I have to use one data source to save the headaches of these changing data source URLs.  I will be maintaining over 20 data indicators vs 12 currency types. What a mess that will be. I recommend TradingEconomics.com for now but this demo shows Quandl.
