Microsoft more desperate with Windows 10

Microsoft narrows Win10 upgrade options to ‘Upgrade now’ or ‘Upgrade tonight’ | InfoWorld

Whatever the motivation, the no-way-out offer reeks of desperation

My experience with Microsoft and Windows 10:

Does not run Excel properly so resorted to older Windows 7 laptop (also known as the Acer craptop) which is for the recent X2C conversion.

Tried to install new virtual machines with Windows 7, forced .NET framework, and new Office 2013 with valid license no longer works. The amount of gig this thing takes is mind boggling for my small flash drive.

I really want off this licensed and over-engineered junk faster than ever. I have never seen these frustrating problems in neither Linux nor Mac OSX
