Once revered Quant gets our Youtube good standing yanked

Why our Youtube good standing was yanked:

Here is the back story: After 5 years of hard work and good standing, a once mighty quant God I revered decided to issues lawyers over  a Video playback recorded for an event we hosted as a playback to their online school. THIS VIDEO WAS ONLINE FOR OVER 13 MONTHS WITH NO ISSUE!

I will not mention this due to this lawyer trigger happy person due to legal reasons. We hosted an event (with hesitation at my end) to help promote their online program through a much larger NYC based organization which purchased their school. I have also confirmed 2 students have signed up to this very very expensive program due to this event!   This also means they have access to  very high priced lawyers on staff. I have no bother to a issue a fight over this. I have also confirmed 2 students have signed up to this very very expensive program due to this event!   I personally don’t care about the video, I just want to get my Youtube good standing reinstated. 

Considering this event was to promote their school and program, and now this, it has resulted in:
