Will retail trading platforms like Tradestation Metatrader and Ninja Trader really make you lose money?

A comment came up:

Hell every one !!! i have very bad expiriense with Jforex and Metatrader it dont really mater have you skills or not , back server will override you formula against you profit ok !!! in order to make money you have to have you own program and execute through FIX , not through the broker. takes time and money to find out plus extra experience i have with Jforex FXDD !!!!! Example try to open account deposit $2000-$5000 and withdraw it , some kind off problems starts , you will see how desperately system want you money any market or broker formula to make money , not to pay bills and no one on this world will ever do anything to help you make the money if you are c++ programmer if you better then average if you trade Fix not broker Api , my be you make little money sometimes Dont believe me , it takes time to prove it to you self – See more at: https://quantlabs.net/blog/2011/11/is-jforex-better-than-metatrader-mql4-to-develop-forex-and-quant-strategies/#sthash.tbXryNte.dpuf

Also, why trade like a sheeple? Why be a stock chaser? Why be part of the dumb money movement?

My conclusion, control your destiny by owning your own technology and infrastructure

About caustic

Hi i there My name is Bryan Downing. I am part of a company called QuantLabs.Net This is specifically a company with a high profile blog about technology, trading, financial, investment, quant, etc. It posts things on how to do job interviews with large companies like Morgan Stanley, Bloomberg, Citibank, and IBM. It also posts different unique tips and tricks on Java, C++, or C programming. It posts about different techniques in learning about Matlab and building models or strategies. There is a lot here if you are into venturing into the financial world like quant or technical analysis. It also discusses the future generation of trading and programming Specialties: C++, Java, C#, Matlab, quant, models, strategies, technical analysis, linux, windows P.S. I have been known to be the worst typist. Do not be offended by it as I like to bang stuff out and put priorty of what I do over typing. Maybe one day I can get a full time copy editor to help out. Do note I prefer videos as they are much easier to produce so check out my many video at youtube.com/quantlabs
