Did Yahoo! just get rid of their real-time quote service? No more Yahoo Finance API?

Did Yahoo! just get rid of their real-time quote service?
Yesterday I got an email from Yahoo! saying my real-time quote service has been cancelled. When I search for Yahoo! Real-Time Quotes via Google, pages that used to describe how to sign up no longer exist.

This is completely false
It’s slow as a pig.
But this now looks official. This was sent out by the newsletter owner:
Yes, Yahoo no longer offer their realtime service and have cancelled existing subscriptions.
Consider me confused.
