This online course is was an original workshop put on in late 2013.

The following are general concepts presented:

1. Real time data capture and back testing
2. Interacting with Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation TWS desktop client for automated trading
3. Extending MATLAB for trade strategy and model research development
4. MATLAB Simulink Visual Model Development with C or C++ with FPGA for potential High Frequency Trading
5. Outline SQL Database for MYSQL, SQL Server, and NOSQL options

NOTE: VISUALATION modules exists but will be available the near future.

HIGHLIGHTS

This workshop entails various workshop presentation videos, notes, working self contained video lessons, reference URLs, and most of all working source code examples in C#/.NET as of Jan 14/2014.

Please note that this workshop entails over 3 years of my very own research of best methodologies in creating your own modern custom trading platform with full source code components. This enables you to have full control of all steps in how your trading platform performs. Many benefits include:

1. Ability to submit better market orders to multiple brokers for larger scale trading operations.
2. Maintain any future changes without dependence on expensive third parties to  implement changes
3. Absolute full control having FULL TRADER’s over competitive market participants.
4. Be at same level playing as your bigger automated competing operations
5. Be fully automated as opposed to old school click and trade discretionary trading
6. Remove human emotion removing all emergency 911 calls and pills to control your anxiety.
7. Absolute most affordable way to implement a custom trading platform to jumpstart your potentially profitable quant trading indie business. You know: the modern way!
