I have whittled everything down to Tradelink as it is free. For commercial, I would most likely go with a Deltix if one can afford it. With the latest additions of Matlab 2013, this brings in another potential option now as well. You can also execute trades from Matlab through X_Trader but that appears to be all the current options I would go with. Hope this helps.
