There is lots of information available online about the basics of what a CHAID is and about the algorithm it uses to form the resulting decision tree. Apart from simply reiterating what is available on the top links from a Google search, what specifically do you need to know?

Thank u for the information. Chaid can also used for prediction like regression, as I know. So, I wish to know the exact difference between Regression and Chaid analysis, Please help me in this regard.
