Whoa! ODESK claims big companies like Google, Microsoft are hiring premium US workers over Indian and Philipine workers
it seems workers out of Indian rates are flat lining and Philippine rates are declining. Why? They don’t get US based company expectation or culture. US workers on ODesk rates are increasing to $31 per hour Pretty good for software developers of the future.
