Job description:

I am looking for someone to make some changes in a Java Open Source project I have acquired. I am interested in making some changes including the ability to execute the Java project on a Windows Command line, pass a parameter for it do some functionality, and repoint to outgoing emails to another SMTP outbound server. If anyone can make these somewhat easy modifications, let me know and especially your hourly rates.
