Yes there is streaming tic data that is available for free!
I am using a demo account from a broker compatible wtih MetaTrader5 (MetaQuotes). Then with this software you can export each tic in real time using “on tick” function. Easy to program
NOTE I now post my TRADING ALERTS into my personal FACEBOOK ACCOUNT and TWITTER. Don't worry as I don't post stupid cat videos or what I eat!
