SQL Server 2014 which Interop is best for potential near zero latency for HFT purporses?

I just started digging into this potential near zero latency with the new SQL Server 2014 in memory feature (OLTP). There seems to be different choices to go with. Who knows better to go with with the 3 interop options of ADO NET Source, OLE DB Source, or ODBC Source

Which Interop options do you think works best for this type of strategy?
